VANCOUVER BRITISH COLUMBIA CANADA DISTRICT

We are seeking a Logistics Professional for our Vancouver BC Canada office.

You will be joining a very experienced team of Logistics Professionals and Customs Brokers. 

Prior experience in Ocean Freight (Import and Export), Trucking (Local and Line-Haul) and Document Production is preferred but not a pre-requisite for this position. If appropriate a more senior position can be offered 

Initial training and continued education in the Logistics Industry is provided.

Experience and skills in the following areas would be helpful:


  • Relevant post-secondary education an asset

  • Working knowledge of CBSA Regulations, INCO Terms, Shipping Documents and Procedures

  • Strong in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Very well organized and detail orientated

  • Pro-active, responsible and you respond well to change

  • Fluent in English

SEATTLE WASHINGTON PUGET SOUND/GRAYS HARBOR DISTRICT

We are seeking a Transportation Professional for our Puget Sound/Grays Harbor District office, which is located in Seattle WA.

You will be joining a very experienced operations team that is focused on providing Ships Agency Services to both dry bulk carriers and tankers calling the ports of Puget Sound and Grays Harbor Washington.

Prior experience in Ships Agency Operations or within the Marine or Logistics Industry is preferred but not a pre-requisite for this position.

Initial training and continued education in the Marine and Logistics Industry is provided.

Experience and skills in the following areas would be helpful:

  • Relevant post-secondary education an asset

  • Working knowledge of Customs and Border Protection Regulations, Documents and Procedures

  • Working knowledge of the ports/terminals located within Puget Sound and the commodities that they handle

  • Prior experience in Marine Operations, Logistics or time at sea

  • Strong in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Very well organized and detail orientated

  • Pro-active, responsible and you respond well to change

  • Valid driver’s license, Clean Driving Abstract and no criminal record, a valid Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.

  • Fluent in English

This is a full time, career position, working in a very dynamic environment. In addition to normal business hours you will be required to work nights and weekends on as needed basis. A company car will be provided as well a generous benefit package and a 401K plan is available.
